Last Saturday my storage room FLOODED because of the Great Rain of 2009. Monsoon season surely has to end sometime. My curly hair can’t take all of this humidity. But then again, I live in Mississippi, where the seasons are humid and freezing

OK, two weeks ago I was looking at brown grass and wilting flowers and wondering when we were gonna get some rain. NOW… I’m wading through puddles and unblocking drains to try to keep my porch from flooding. Maybe I need some Crocs for that job!

I’m Glad to see that I’m not the only one who thinks CROCS are ugly pieces of plastic posing as shoes.I feel bad for the chirren who are made to wear them. Like my 15yr old daughter says “She’s so cute but those CROCS gotta go Bless Her Heart”, ruins a pretty sundress. I’ll stick with my rhinstone covered flip flops.

must say my mater & pepper & cuke plants are growin like weeds here in Knoxville due to soooooo much rain but I am having to visit my local tanning booth to see anything that even looks like sun & my sunflower seed that i put in my bird feeders are starting to sprout inside my feeders..enough is enough!

After having to work at the gawd forsaken nascar race this past weekend, the only shining moment amongst all of those clouds and rain were the rainbow coalition of brightly colored feet in those oh so lovely “crocs”
every color in the rainbow, every gawd awful color I might add. Men, women and chirren put their feet in those plastic atrocities and proceeded to prance and dance around looking like big bird pooped on their feet.
Ya’ll it was awful….

Trust me–the Blonde Irritant with the Piece of a Dog was WAAAAY more depressing than the rain! If I see her again, I’m definitely winging The Ugly Shoe at her–and her little dog, too!
